Applications are now open for the Klugekopf TechBridge Program, a technology training initiative designed to equip women with practical digital skills and open doors to new opportunities in the tech industry.
For this cohort, 30 participants will be selected to receive hands-on training in three fast-growing areas: Web3 Social Media, Digital Marketing in Tech, and AI Agent Development. Application deadline: March 21, 2026.
Klugekopf TechBridge is a technology empowerment program created to help bridge the digital skills gap and increase women's participation in the tech ecosystem across Africa.
The program focuses on hands-on learning, real digital tools, portfolio development, community, and mentorship — helping more women build sustainable careers in technology.
The Web3 Social Media course teaches content strategy, community management for Discord and Telegram, Web3 storytelling, and analytics for blockchain projects.
The Digital Marketing in Tech course covers strategy, SEO, social media, email automation, marketing analytics, and AI tools for growth.
The AI Agent Development course introduces ChatGPT, Claude, Vercel, and Wix — participants design workflows, generate code with AI assistants, and deploy working automation projects.
Every participant completes a capstone project and gains access to mentors, fellow learners, and technology professionals in a growing community network.
The program is ideal for students, entrepreneurs, professionals transitioning into tech, and beginners curious about AI, Web3, or digital marketing. Prior technical experience is not required.
